Sam is a passionate physiotherapist who graduated in 2015 and started his career working in the NHS. Over the last 5 years, Sam has developed a deep interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, specialising in this area to provide the best care to his patients. Throughout his learning journey, Sam recognised a gap in the teachings surrounding menopause and its effects on movement. He decided to delve further into the world of menopause and explore how movement and training can help alleviate physical movement problems.
Sam’s dedication and passion for helping women going through menopause has led him to join The Menopause Consortium, an organisation committed to improving the quality of life for women during menopause. Sam’s personal aim is to rebrand menopause as The Meno-Keep Moving, emphasising the importance of physical activity and movement during this important life transition.
