Founded by Dani Binnington after her own breast cancer diagnosis at 33, Menopause and Cancer is the only UK organisation solely dedicated to supporting people navigating menopause after cancer. For many cancer survivors, treatment brings on sudden, severe menopause — often with HRT off the table and little to no guidance from their medical teams.

Menopause and Cancer changes that. Through free workshops, community support sessions, a funded specialist clinic and their podcast (ranked in the top 1.5% globally), they make sure no one has to face menopause after cancer alone or uninformed.

The MREF is a registered charity with a simple but vital aim: to improve the health of everyone who goes through menopause. Women spend around 25% more of their later life in poor health than men — and many of the causes begin at menopause, affecting the heart, bones, brain, bladder and more.

The MREF funds pioneering menopause research, delivers evidence-based education for healthcare professionals, and works to ensure everyone has access to accurate information and affordable menopause care.

Enhance the UK is a charity run by disabled people, working to change the way society views disability. Through award-winning disability, Deaf and neurodiversity awareness training — all delivered by trainers with lived experience — they help businesses, schools and organisations become genuinely inclusive.

Their work removes the ‘fear factor’ around disability, breaks down barriers, and campaigns to change public perceptions of what disabled people can do.

Established in 1984, NAPS is the UK’s leading charity for premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). For those severely affected, these conditions can be utterly debilitating — impacting work, relationships and mental health — yet they remain widely misunderstood, even within the medical profession.

NAPS provides information, advice and support for sufferers and their families, runs an Ask the Experts service, publishes clinical guidelines for GPs, and delivers study days for healthcare professionals.
