Supporting women’s health in the workplace
TMC Health is delighted to be working in partnership with Madhu Kapoor, M for Menopause Workplace Consultant, bringing together specialist medical expertise, workplace education and HR policy guidance to offer businesses a complete approach to women’s health and wellbeing at work.
Together, we provide organisations with the knowledge, training and practical support needed to create healthier, happier and more inclusive workplaces.
Our approach is about empowering employees to better understand and manage their own health, while giving HR professionals, managers and senior leadership teams the confidence, tools and guidance to support their people effectively.
From raising awareness of women’s health conditions to developing workplace policies, delivering training and supporting employers in meeting their legal responsibilities, we offer a joined-up service tailored to each organisation.
Our shared goal is simple: to create workplaces where people feel informed, understood, valued and supported to thrive. By combining clinical expertise with practical workplace solutions, we’re helping businesses put employee wellbeing at the heart of their organisation.
Madhu brings professional experience across HR, recruitment, organisational strategy and impact assessment, alongside lived experience of menopause and menstrual health conditions. She contributed to BS 30416, the British Standard on menstruation, menstrual health and menopause in the workplace, and to the Menopause All-Party Parliamentary Group inquiry into the experiences of women from marginalised communities. M for Menopause has worked with organisations including Amazon, Moody’s, Canopius, Mencap and Wellbeing of Women.
“There is no one experience of menstruation or menopause, so there shouldn’t be a one-size-fits-all workplace response.”
